Dry January Is Over But Has it Harmed Your Health?

Dry January is what it is called and for the month not a single drop of alcohol will have been consumed. many of you will have successfully done this to cleanse the body following the Christmas period, but is it actually worth doing?? Experts have said that drinking more often with smaller amounts is actually better for you than completely going without and having a binge. Professor Charles Bamforth, of the University of California has said that a regular tipple throughout the post new year period would be better for you. He states that drinking in moderation has good health benefits as certain drinks like beer contains good amounts of antioxidants and b vitamins.
