Eat Meat? What Is The Leanest Option Out There??

For all you meat lovers out there, are you eating the right type of meat to match the goals you have set? Are you looking to lean out a bit following the bulking season where you have gained excess body fat? Do you want to lose some body fat and drop a dress size without compromising your protein levels ? If you eat a lot of chicken and red meat it might be time to switch it up. Did you know that turkey is the leanest source of poultry and only contains 7g of fat per 100g and when compared to chicken it is a better option. Chicken has 13g and beef has 30g of fat per 100g and could be the difference in losing weight and staying the same.

I always opt for turkey and rarely have to worry about performing endless amounts of ab crunches to work my stomach muscles, make the switch and also save some money. You can thank me later ;)
