Eating Breakfast Can Help You Lose Weight...

In a new study those who ate breakfast compared with people who didn't saw a greater increase in weight loss. The University of Bath conducted a study of people aged between 21 and 60 years old, then allocating them into two groups, those that ate breakfast and the others who fasted until midday.

How many of you eat breakfast? Would you eat breakfast if you workout in the morning and your goal is fat loss? I usually workout fasted to lose body fat so eating first thing wouldn't be a good idea! Leave a comment below with what you think....
