Eating Carbohydrates After 6pm

Do you eat carbohydrates after 6pm or is this a no go?! For some of you, you want to lose weight and tone up and you may even go as far to think carbohydrates are bad for you. Did you know that you can still lose weight and have the right source of carbohydrates after 6pm at night.

Carbohydrates are your primary energy source and if you make sure you keep a close eye on how many you have and what types you have, there is no reason why you can't have them later than 6pm. If you lead an active lifestyle your body needs energy, don't deprive it of what it needs.
