The front page of the daily express today highlights how a diet with fat in it is good for you and can help prevent heart disease and lower cholesterol. But what do you think? Experts and doctors are now saying that diets high in saturated fat won't cause a risk in cardiovascular health and they are actually saying it could be protective within the body.
How would you feel about eating more fat within your diet? We often talk about healthy fats being good for you but what about an increase in saturated fat?
