Did you know eating tuna twice a week could cut the risk of death from heart disease by a third says researchers from Harvard University. Fresh fish like tuna and salmon contain Omega 3 Fatty Acids can reduce heart problems and help reduce blood pressure. Other studies have taken place in elderly people who have seen a reduction in heart rates and blood pressures.

Oily fish also helps combat depression and can keep you in a happy state of mind. Next time you go to the supermarket be sure to buy some oily fish :)
