One of the most popular excuses I hear is that there isn't enough time in the day to exercise for at least 30 minutes. If this is you, if you make excuses I have news for you as I want to help you reset your mentality. Did you know there are 86,400 seconds in one single day. Therefore there is no such thing as an excuse that you do not have enough time to fit in a workout. That means in a 30 minute session you would still have 84,600 seconds left in your day.
Everyday is the same and not one person gets more seconds than the rest of us. Waking up earlier, not going out for drinks or missing out on something to exercise are sacrifices you might need to make in order to fit in your session. For all of you wondering, I make sure I wake up earlier sometimes when I know I have a busy day to fit in my workout, even if it is only a 30 minute session.
