Exercise Could Halve Cancer Patients Risk Of Death

Exercise is good for you right? We all read the papers, listen to the media and our friends who tell us that we should exercise on a regular basis to keep us healthy and fit. Men who beat cancer and burnt over 12,600 calories per week almost halved their chances of death according to research studies. The studies were carried out on both men and women and there was a great change in those that did exercises compared to those which didn't.

12,600 calories sounds like a lot of exercise but do not be put off as an average session will burn anywhere between 500-1000 calories and if you have an active job, walk most places and are generally active, you could be burning another 500+ calories per day.

Exercise, stay healthy and be active....
