Do you get out of breath easily? If you are unfit you are more likely to have a weak memory and this is not good as you get older as it deteriorates anyway. Exercising stimulates the brain and helps keep your cognitive functions working properly and effectively. Make sure you get outside and exercise even if it's just 30 minutes out of your day. Everyone can do a little something and the best part is, you don't have to be a member of the gym. Walking outside is great exercise and can really help stimulate your brain cells....
