Researchers say current exercise guidelines are unrealistic and argue that doctors should sometimes advise small increases in activity instead. Current adult guidelines are 2 and a half hours of exercise per week which equates to around 20 minutes or so a day, not too much I don't think. Considering I exercise for 9 hours a week, this isn't too much of an ask and in my opinion I think it's crazy that experts think it should be reduced further due to it being unrealistic.
