A New Exercise For Your Shoulder Routine....

Ever heard of the viking press? Well, if your gym has one of the machines below then why not give it a try. Perform this standing and you can really focus on one arm at a time when pressing. This is a great exercise for your front deltoids which also allows you to load up some heavy weight! Give it a try and see what you think, this has been in my shoulder routine for some time now :) Alternatively, if your gym doesn't have a seated chest press machine, you can also use an Olympic barbell as shown below.
