We all know exercise is great for us. We understand we that should exercise so that we feel and look better. Did you know that women who get an hour's exercise a day are 11% less likely to get breast cancer. Exercising longer than these amounts increases protection against the disease and provides immunity against other diseases.
Recently we have seen no make up selfie's plastered all over social media from females who are raising awareness for breast cancer. Personally I think it is great we are raising and donating money to such a worthy charity. Exercising is another great way to get more people involved, have fun and feel amazing!
