Experiences Make You Stronger - Motivation Monday

It is another Monday and it should be your favourite day of the week for one reason, ACTIVATE the new you!! This week I want you to think about the experiences you have had so far in your life and the impact they have made. Are you thinking about them now? Did you realise that the experiences you have had which may have seemed like a negative at the time actually turn out to be positives. There is no such thing as a bad experience or a mistake as life is about LEARNING!!

This week I want you to think about the experiences you have had and remember that without them you wouldn't be who you are now. The negative comments, the people that told you you weren't going to make it have given you the determination to keep going. So, this week, don't give up and KEEP MOVING forward!!
