Do you workout alone but often find you could push and lift more weight if you had a spotter? Did you know that the gym is one of the friendliest places out there and brings strangers who wouldn't normally talk to one another, together! If you are looking to increase size, gain more muscle and become stronger, don't be afraid to ask someone who you don't know for a spot. Often I see it whereby you will try to push through but end short of your set by a few reps because you needed a push.
So don't be afraid to ask someone who you perhaps haven't spoken to before as 99% of the time they will help you. You never know they might also become a new lifting partner or a friend. The gym is a wonderful place with lots of friendly guys and girls in there :)
