So with it being the new year many of you will be wanting to change the way you look through exercising and watching what you eat. Supplements such as fat burners will be added to your lifestyle in the hope that they will get you to your end goal quicker. News flash: Fat burners will only work if you are putting in maximal effort. When it comes to fat loss there are a couple of really important facts to remember
1) - You must eat healthy foods and limit/exclude everything that is bad (at least for a month)
2) You must eat ENOUGH calories to burn enough fat. Under eating leads to more problems.
