Are you popping fat burning pills morning and night to get rid of body fat? Sounds pretty logical that you would use a fat burner to destroy fat from your body, but what is your diet like? Did you know that many people stay using a fat burner all year round and continue to eat junk food which doesn't result in any change in physical appearance. So the question is, is your fat burner keeping you from losing weight?

In my opinion, if you are looking to lose weight I would suggest at least 3-4 weeks of eating nothing but healthy foods. No junk, no sweets, biscuits, fizzy drink, alcohol, nothing! Have a think, see if you can do it.
