Hi guys, just checking in for your fourth and final week of Stoptober. Now if you’re at this point then you’ve already managed 21 days of not smoking, and that pretty much makes you 5 times more likely to be able stop…and stop FOREVER!
You’ve done amazingly well to get to this point, because lets be honest, if it was easy then everyone would be doing it.
You are one week away from finishing this and adopting your brand new lifestyle that promotes health, wellbeing, vitality and longevity forever. You’ve already proven that you don’t want to smoke, in fact you’ve proven that you don’t have to smoke! You may have come across barriers such as hunger pangs and the feeling that you may be putting on weight, but there are ways around that.
