Does Your Focus Need More Focus?

Why do you wake up in the morning? What is it that drives you throughout each and every day? Each day when you wake up you need to have a focus so that you achieve the goals you have set out for yourself otherwise you won't reach them. You can't just wake up in the morning and expect to be healthier, fitter, stronger or more toned. The goals that you set out for yourself won't just reach themselves without you having a focus. So if you have a focus at the moment, I want you to focus even harder on getting to where you want to be...

FEAR...

The biggest reason why many of you don't achieve what you have set out to do is because you are afraid of what you can become. Fear destroys dreams, it kills hope and in order to get there you have to believe in what you are capable of. Zig Ziglar a great motivational speaker says FEAR is simply 'facing everything and rising'. You have a dream that you want to lose weight or achieve something in the fitness industry, you must keep going and not give up.

Focus On These 24 Hours

Your focus should be on the 24 hours you have in front of you and while future plans are great, what counts is what you do today, what you do right now! So how can you on this day work towards your dream on what you want to become. Don't let your past experiences influence how you get to where you need to be. Let go of the past and what has happened before because you are constantly evolving and learning about who you are.

Don't Be Afraid To Fail...

If something isn't working out properly then change it. Don't be afraid to try a new approach and give something new a try. So you are trying to lose weight but you don't think you are losing the amount you want, what do you do? If you keep doing what you have always been doing, you will always get the same results. In this case, you won't lose any weight. You need to change something, find a different path and mix it up. Failure doesn't mean it is over, it just means you need to find another way to make it happen.

It Is Hard..

Yes, achieving a dream is hard and it will require hard work. You will be faced with moments of uncertainty and thoughts of doubt. It is hard but you know what, if you can just keep telling yourself you can make it, you will! Life will try to knock you down, people will tell you, you can't achieve the goal you want so bad but you mustn't listen to these people. Instead use their words as energy to push you forward and make the goal you want to achieve, happen today!

Whatever your goal is, make sure you do everything you can each day to make it become a reality. If you want to lose weight, make it happen! If you want to increase muscle mass, get fitter and so on, never give up, just keep on going!!
