Fried, Scrambled or Poached? Best Food For A Hangover?

So I am sure many of you will agree with me here, waking up with a hangover isn't the best feeling in the world and following a wild Friday night you might have one. This is somewhat of a foreign concept to me nowadays as the only drinks I shoot back when on a night out socialising is sparkling water! But for many, going out and drinking alcohol and waking up with a pounding head and fragile stomach isn't a pleasant experience. So, what is the best food you could eat?

Did you know it is best to leave the greasy food alone, fry ups, fries, coffees etc will only dehydrate you further and leave you feeling worse for wear. So what should you eat. EGGS! Yup, that's right. Reach for some eggs as the amino acids within them help work with your liver and break down the toxins from the night before. How do you like your eggs in the morning?
