The gym doesn't just mean lifting weights or running on a treadmill and being a complete robot when it comes to being healthy. Could you imagine if your exercise routine was just that, some weights and a bit of running daily, I think it is safe to say you would get bored very quickly. I like to take the word gym and use it as an acronym which spells out Get Yourself Moving....

Quite simply, the message I am getting across here is your time in the gym can be fun and exciting if you choose to perform different exercises on different days. Mix up your plan by implementing different exercises like attending classes, using weights and kettlebells, add body weight exercises and workout with a buddy! The gym doesn't have to be boring, your exercise routine should be fun and you should enjoy it :)
