So according to Dr Michael Mosley, exercise can make you fat and it doesn't release feel good hormones. He says that most people think just because they have been to the gym they can then reward themselves with a treat, but this shouldn't be the case. Dr Michael Mosley also went onto talk about how not everyone gets fitter when they exercise and that it isn't the best thing to do.
