Forget the cholesterol controversy that eating too many eggs will clog your arteries and will raise cholesterol levels, science has since discovered that there isn't really a link between the two.
Make sure you add eggs and the yolks in with your diet but don't go overboard. For every 3 eggs add a yolk to the mix and allow this muscle building food to work its magic.
