Getting in HIIT sessions can really help burn fat and improve your fitness. Did you know you don't really want to be putting in intense HIIT sessions when you are training other body parts such as legs and back. This is because when you train these body parts you're already taxing your CNS (central nervous system) and so it's important you don't overdo it. I would recommend performing your HIIT sessions on other sessions when you aren't putting the body through invigorous exercise. On these days when you're putting yourself through intense exercise, stick to low intensity cardio. #problemsolved ;)
