Hungover? Having A Fry Up Could Help....

A leading researcher has claimed that having a fry up the morning after a heavy night's drinking can aid in recovery. Some of you might just want a black coffee or another alcoholic drink to make you feel better, but the truth is the carbohydrates found in a fry up will help restore depleted sugar levels. Professor Richard Stephens also says that because a fried breakfast contains a lot of carbohydrates these work directly with the metabolism of glucose which speeds up recovery times. Although we don't promote getting drunk, it is party season after all so the next time you feel a bit ropy in the morning you know what to do ;)
