Hungry Or Just Thirsty?

Did you know many of us on a daily basis will think we are hungry when in actual fact all we actually need is a glass of water! Sometimes all the body needs is some water, but what happens is the brain will send a message that could confuse you into thinking you need food, instead of staying hydrated. Here are a few tips to help you through this. If weight loss is important to you, you're going to want to read on

Tip 1 - Have a glass of water and wait 10 minutes to see if your hunger subsides.

Tip 2 - Assess when you last had something to eat and make an informed decision whether you actually need food. If you ate only 45 minutes ago, chances are you don't need food!

Tip 3 - Are you hungry or just bored? A lot of us will snack when we have nothing to do. Again, check tip 2 before having something to eat when you don't need it.
