It may not come as a surprise to many of you that being happy can actually make you fitter and healthier. A study has revealed that those who get outdoors, walk and enjoy life tend to live a better life and appreciate every day. 3,199 men and women were assessed aged 60 years and over who live in England and happy elderly people walk more quickly and are more active.
So you tell me, are you living everyday to it's full and making sure you are happy. If not, change something and lead a healthier, happy lifestyle :)
