Many of us pursue the oxymoron ‘what should we eat to lose weight?’ when in fact, the ‘Intermittent Fasting’ principle asks you to consider this....could my not eating for 24 hours, like the paleolothic hunter gatherer man of the past, actually help me meet my weight loss, and indeed my health goals more effectively!

If we consider the only universally agreed fact behind weight loss that is a calorie deficit, be it through calorie restriction, increased physical activity or both....then there is probably some truth behind the claims.
