Omega 3 fatty acids are key to the body in many ways. Perhaps most notably the EPA and DHA comprising omega 3 fatty acids delivers anti- inflammatory properties i.e. they reduce inflammation in arteries and joints, potentially reducing risk of inflammatory diseases such as arthritis, asthma and cardiovascular disease.
