Want to increase your grip but not sure how to do it? Using wrist wraps on certain exercises is great but remember when you do this you minimise the amount of tension within your grip. One key exercise which is going to help strengthen your grip and turn your flopshake into a proper mans handshake is the 'Farmers Walk'. Simply hold onto a set of kettlebells or dumbbells and walk with them over a set distance for 3-4 sets. Each walk should roughly last around 30 seconds before resting, so be sure to fight against the will to set them down. If the farmers can do it with heavier, more bulkier items, you can do it too ;)
