The Individual Events Kicked Off - The CrossFit Games 2014

So yesterday we saw the men, women and teams compete at the beach in the opening of the Crossfit games 2014. Jordan Troyan stole the show for the men and found it a breeze being in the open water. Anna Tunnicliffe took 1st place for the women and seemed to find it equally comforting. However there was another event later that day, the overhead squat. Troyan was amazing in the water but not so hot with this event, which left Froning to take joint first along with rookie Matthew Fraser. For the women, Kara Webb took 1st place at the overhead squat with Camille taking second.

Next event take place on Friday and there is still lots to see. We are rooting for Froning. Come on Rich!!
