Intensity - Training Principles Part 1

Hello everyone and welcome to my new video series on Training Principles and the different variables that can help maximise your workouts. To being with I want to start with Intensity and how the intensity at which you workout at will make a big difference to the results you get. The moment you step into your workout is the time when you need to switch off and only focus on what you are about to do so that you achieve your goals. From the moment you tell yourself you are going to exercise you must stick with this and keep the intensity high throughout your session. The moment you break from this mindset is the time you are more likely to lose your flow, rhythm and intensity.

Stay on track by dedicating the time you are exercising and give it your all throughout the session. Stay tuned for my next video on dieting.
