Research shows that almost six in ten of us are not getting enough sleep which is a fifty per cent increase from last year. Experts are blaming the rise of those who use different gadgets before going to bed which disrupts sleep patterns. Advice is given to stop using your phone or ipad 30 minutes before going to sleep so that your eyes are not looking at something so bright.
