Ever wondered how Jennifer Aniston at 45 years old stays so fit and healthy? Well there is no secret really, she just relies on a great work ethic and not making excuses. A run and a workout every day is always on the cards followed by a 2 hour yoga session every other day. Other days she will perform aqua jogging and martial arts which includes fast kicking and punching for well toned limbs.
