Will Your Job Send You To An Early Grave...

FACT-OF-THE-DAY-logo

A recent survey has found that millions of workers say their job is bad for their health and have put on weight as a consequence of this. Many state that their job has made them eat bad food, stressed and tired due to working long hours and not having the motivation to improve their lifestyle. Is this you? Do you find yourself lacking motivation to get to a gym or eat healthy? I always believe that despite how tired you are, if you can tell yourself to go and do something you will get it done.

Make a plan on how you can change your lifestyle for the better by introducing healthy foods, exercise and better sleeping patterns. You can do it :)
