Aside from the obvious exercises like squats, lunges, deadlifts which all target your glutes, there are other exercises which I like to call hidden gems. So, today here is an exercise which you can do in many gyms by using the adductor machine but not in the way it's designed. By viewing the video below you can see that you are using the machine to work your glutes by squatting and pushing against the pads.
