Daniel Sutton, 26 ballooned to 21 stone by the age of 26 and realised he needed to sort out his body for the better. His diet was appalling as he ate ready meals, takeaways and drank over 4 litres of coke a day. He started exercising, eating better and recently took part in a charity 10km assault course. The funny thing is that he says how people no longer recognise him from his 21 stone self, well done Daniel! Great Job!!
