Lisa Bradley, a 28 year old mother who had a serious spine condition which left her needing 24 hour a day care can walk again due to adopting a bodybuilder lifestyle. She basically had a condition that meant cysts would grow on her spinal cord and it left her in excruciating pain. She was wheelchair bound but no more and this is how she did it.
In just six months she dropped a staggering 10 dress sizes through performing squats, bench presses and other gym based exercises with her personal trainer.
