Lily Allen has been dubbed ‘skinny Allen’ after her recent weight loss, but mercifully she isn’t skinny at all, instead she is toned and curved in the right places. She has clearly worked very hard since having her baby and regained a shapely yet defined figure. Reports are that she did it the proper way too by regulating her calorie intake, ensuring nutritional roundness and balance, as well as (of course) exercising regularly and hard. There are none of her diet plans mentioned here, but rather a simple acknowledgement that it can be achieved the proper way. Well done!
