Are 'Low Calorie' Choices Making You Fatter?

Looking at a low fat, low calorie label you would expect this to be a better option for you right, however this isn't the case and it could be making it worse for you if you are trying to lose weight. Low calorie options on a menu seems un appetising which is leaving diners not to even bother looking at it. Restaurant owners want customers to eat more so that they spend more and therefore steering away from the low calorie section is the way forward.

What do you do when you go out for something to eat? Do you stick within your limits or do you tend to go overboard? We recommend you stick within your normal calories as excess calories will lead to weight gain!
