Man Vs Food…And Man Won! Adam Richman Loses 60lbs, Who’d Have Thought It?

The baby faced presenter of Man Vs Food was getting tired of his ‘doughy face’ and declared out and out war on food…and WON! At least it seems that way for now, goodness knows what long term damage those colossal pizzas, 190- pound burgers, and spicy meatballs must have done to his poor body! The fact is that Adam Richman changed his lifestyle after 4 years of presenting Man Vs Food, embarking on a healthy eating diet, vigorous exercise regime and in the process managed to strip off a massive 60lb.

The result is a new found confidence, more interest from ladies, and less problems with his breathing and snoring. Man took on food, and man came out on top! Well done sir.
