The Man, The Machine, The Maniac: Probably The Most AMAZING Display Of Fitness EVER!


If you’re not familiar with the ultra-endurance event Ironman, then imagine swimming 2.4 miles in turbulent waters, cycling 4 marathons, and then running one in straight succession…and you’ll appreciate just how INCREDIBLE a feat it is to complete more than one of these in a life time!

Well, allow me to introduce you to Mr James Lawrence (although you’ve probably already heard of this super human chap by now). James Lawrence just completed not one Ironman, but 50 of the races, in 50 consecutive days, and in 50 different American states! What!?!

That’s 7,020 miles travelled over 50 consecutive days…and just for a little perspective, that’s ¾ of the way to Australia!!!

I for one want to shake that man’s hand, heck, I’d even buy him a protein shake for his troubles!
