Man Who Became A Personal Trainer At 40 Due To Health Risks

Carl Class who is now 48 years old became a personal trainer at 40 after losing relatives and close friends to cancer. He was depressed, suffered with anxiety and lived at the pub on a regular basis. His diet and lack of exercise caused him different health problems and he knew he needed to sort this out.

The father of three now works out every day as he made a choice to transform his life eight years ago and become a personal trainer. He now inspires others like him to get fit and trains roughly 15-20 clients per week. He says that this lifestyle has changed his life and made him the better person he is today!

From all of us here, WELL DONE Carl and keep up the amazing work!!
