Marks & Spencer Offer Summer Body Friendly Foods


With summer well and truly trying to make an appearance, it seems that healthy eating is firmly on the agenda for most people determined to get in tip top shape ready for the sun! As if to support this mission, M & S have opted to create two ranges of calorie controlled meals that are nutritionally balanced and time effective. The two ranges are called ‘Count on Us’ and ‘Balanced for You’ and claim to cater to those people that are time pressured and don’t have to cook healthy meals every night. Their options spell out exactly how much fat and calories you’re getting per meal, and come in at less than 3g per 100g of fat, and less than 400 calories a dish.

Combine these healthy balanced diets with regular physical activity and a sensible supplement regime and you could be well on your way to a simmering summer body.

Job Role Qualified Dietitian and Sports Nutritionist Qualifications BSc (Hons) Sports Science | BSc (Hons) Dietetics Tom has always participated in sport both recreationally and competitively which led to an unquenchable thirst for information on anything health, nutrition and fitness. After leaving school Tom went on to play for a football academy during which time he studied Sport and Exercise Science.
