If you are struggling to put on mass due to not eating enough throughout the day, you might be doing it all wrong and need some extra help to sort this. To get big you need to eat and did you know it takes roughly 20 minutes to feel full once you start eating. This means you need to consume enough of your calories in this period so minimise distractions as best as you can. This means when you are eating try not to use Twitter or Facebook, avoid watching television and focus on the meal at hand. Want to get bigger? You must EAT!!
