Maximising The Nutritional Value Of Your Diet With Dried Skimmed - Milk Powder

A quick addition to your regular diet can make a big difference to the nutritional adequacy of your diet, without the need to make any drastic changes! Adding approx 2-3 tablespoons of skimmed- milk powder to a pint of milk can make for a doubly nutritious beverage that can be drank or added to your food. The powder almost doubles the nutritional value of the milk, but doesn't increase the fat content (most of the fat is lost through the drying process), consequently you have an ideal addition to your porridge, scrambled eggs, mashed sweet potato or soups (for example).

Give it a try if you want to increase the nutritional adequacy of your diet.
