Michael Schumacher Returns Home…254 Days After Skiing Accident

Finally some progress with the Michael Schumacher recovery, relapse, recovery saga that has been gripping us for close to a year! The legendary F1 driver has finally been given the OK to go home and continue his recovery there, this comes 2 months earlier than expected. This will no doubt make his family so happy, however he is to remain hooked up to machines that are effectively keeping him alive! Although he is improving no one dares say if or when he will regain motor skills such as language and memory. The sad truth of the matter is that Schumacher may never make a full recovery and will probably need day to day care for the rest of his life. Will he be able to fend for himself again in the future, the Doctors don’t know, it appears to be another waiting game.
