Michelle Obama Pays Tribute To Invictus Games Soldiers / Competitors

The US first lady showed her support for the Invictus Games, the track and field competition where injured and disabled servicemen and women overcome the odds in more ways than one! In front of a crowd of 6,500, and of course the Invictus Athletes, Michella Obama told of her admiration and inspiration for the wounded warriors, she said: ‘You tell me that you're not just going to recover but that you're going to thrive. You tell me you're not just going to walk but you're going to run marathons’ Words which personify the resilience and strength these young men and women possess. Good on Michelle Obama for taking the time to show here support to the servicemen who indirectly help to support her nation, and good on Prince Harry for sorting something that is truly inspirational to us all!
