How many of you perform the same workouts week in week out? How many of you write down your workouts so that you know how many reps and sets you have done? Did you know that you should perform different exercises and change the dynamics of your workouts so that you change. If you goal is weight loss or weight gain then you should show progression in your workouts so that you keep pushing yourself. If you are still performing the same workouts you started 6 months ago, it is time to change it up.
Don't get stuck in a rut with your training routines. Keep them fun by mixing up what you do. Why not try different rep ranges, exercises, different set types and rest times to change things up. I assure you, if you change something then your body will change also.
