Mo Farah Wins The Great North Run...

FACT OF THE DAY logo

Mo Farah is becoming rather popular with his recent wins of late in Olympic, world, European and now Great North runs. Did you know that Mo became the first British runner to win this race since 1985, almost 30 years! Mo held off  Kenyan Mike Kigen as they battled it out for most of the race. There was an exhilerating end to the race as they literally finished within seconds of each other but Mo looked very comfortable with him on his heels.

Well done Mo, another amazing win!!
