Creatine monohydrate is stable in the stomach i.e. remains usable by the body, longer than most, resulting in better absorption! Other creatines have been seen to be less efficient, or have yet to be researched adequately to say for sure (Kreider et al. 2010).
What can be said for sure is that creatine monohydrate has more creatine per gram than any other type of creatine out there!
